We refer to the notice dated 2022-05-31 regarding “Migration of Corporate Online Banking Service” , the notice/letter dated 2022-07-25 regarding “Updates on Arrangement for Migration of Corporate Online Banking Service” and the notice/letter dated 2022-09-01 regarding “Further Updates on Arrangement for Migration of Corporate Online Banking Service” (collectively, the “Migration Notices”) and would like to communicate the following further updates with you :

我們茲提述日期為 2022年5月31日 關於“企業網上銀行服務遷移”的通知、日期為 2022年7月25日 關於“企業網上銀行服務遷移安排更新”的通知/信函以及日期為 2022年9月1日 關於“企業網上銀行服務遷移安排進一步更新”的通知/信函(統稱為"該等遷移通知"),並希望與您溝通以下進一步更新:

A) About termination of COB 1.0 platform service
有關終止COB1.0平台服務

1)Please note that the COB 1.0 platform service will be terminated on 2023-01-01.
請注意COB1.0平台服務將在2023年1月1日起終止。

B) About eligible administrators and users (collectively, “eligible COB Users”, as referred to in the Migration Notices) who still have not completed first time user login into the new Corporate Online Banking platform (COB2.0 platform)
有關尚未在新的企業網上銀行平台(COB2.0平台)完成首次用戶登錄的管理員和用戶(其應符合該等遷移通知所述條件, 統稱為 “符合條件的 COB 用戶”)

1)For eligible COB Users who have NOT logged in to the old Corporate Online Banking platform (“COB1.0 platform”) for more than 180 days, their login account for access to COB1.0 platform has already been cancelled temporarily (“Temporarily Cancelled COB Users”) for security reasons.
如符合條件的 COB 用戶超過180天未登錄舊有企業網上銀行平台(COB1.0平台),基於安全理由他們進入COB1.0平台的登錄賬號已被暫時取消(“已暫時取消的COB用戶”)。

2)For eligible COB users who have logged in to the COB1.0 platform within 180 days, their access to COB1.0 platform has been suspended from 2022-11-27 (“Suspended COB Users”).
如符合條件的 COB 用戶在180天內曾登錄COB1.0平台,他們已在2022年11月27日被暫停進入COB1.0平台(“暫停的 COB 用戶”)。

3)Both Temporarily Cancelled COB Users and Suspended COB Users should contact the Bank as soon as possible to complete first time login into the COB2.0 platform BEFORE 2022-12-10, otherwise they will have to apply for the Corporate Online Banking Service again if they wish to continue using the service.
已暫時取消的COB用戶及暫停的 COB 用戶均需儘早聯繫銀行以在2022年12月10日之前在COB2.0平台完成首次用戶登錄,否則他們將需重新申請企業網上銀行服務才可能繼續使用服務。
